I don’t work with just anyone. I work with people who are ready to commit, show up, and change their lives. This call is where I find out if we’re a good fit... and that depends on you. These are four questions I want to get you to answer honestly, because if you’re not ready, I won’t take you on as a client.

When someone tells me they want to lose weight or get stronger, I take that seriously. I’ll give you everything I have, expert programming, guidance, and support, but it only works if you’re as committed as I am. I have to know you’re ready to do the work because if I care more about your goals than you do, it won’t work.

I’ve spent years learning what works and what doesn’t, and my methods are proven. If you’re stuck on old habits, bad advice, or want to argue with every step of the process, I can’t help you. This isn’t about perfection… it’s about trusting the process and being open to change.

Fitness journeys aren’t always easy, and you’ll have days (hell… even weeks) where motivation is low, and progress feels slow. Those are the days (and weeks) that matter most. I need to know you’re not going to quit at the first sign of discomfort, because it will happen. I’ll guide you through the tough times, but you have to commit to showing up.
