Athletes will choose their main weakness: Strength, Gymnastics, or Endurance. Weekly emphasis programming will be sent directly to you through our mobile training app. Each comprehensive program is comprised of 5 workouts each week for a monthly subscription. All training sessions are 15 minutes or less, which is ideal for those who get their main training through classes or remote programming (we have that too). To make Weakness Wod the best system for working on your weaknesses, each emphasis is on a periodized progression with each month getting a new focus so the sessions and movements do not become stagnant. One of the best functions about this system is that you can double up on Weaknesses or switch your focus any month you would like, ex: January weakness emphasis of choice is gymnastics then you decide to switch to strength for February. *Just remember, progress takes time and consistency, and each month is a new focus for each group. There are 3 levels included into each Weakness Wod for the strength and gymnastics emphasis: Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced. There is only 1 level to the endurance emphasis. An example of what is attainable for gymnastic levels would look like:
Beginner: looking to perform or would be able to perform unassisted pullups
Intermediate: can do pullups and close to getting their first muscle up
Advanced: are able to perform muscle ups but needing to improve technique, capacity, and strength within that movement
