Athletes will get weakness work in: Strength, Gymnastics, or Endurance. Weekly emphasis programming will be sent directly to you through our mobile training app. Each comprehensive program is comprised of 5 workouts each week for a monthly subscription. Each emphasis is 15 minutes or less, which is ideal for those who get their main training through classes or remote programming (we have that too). To make Weakness Wod the best system for working on your weaknesses, each emphasis is on a periodized progression with each month getting a new focus so the sessions and movements do not become stagnant. There are 3 levels included into each Weakness Wod for the strength and gymnastics emphasis: Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced. There is only 1 level to the endurance emphasis. An example of what is attainable for gymnastic levels would look like:
Beginner: looking to perform or would be able to perform unassisted pullups
Intermediate: can do pullups and close to getting their first muscle up
Advanced: are able to perform muscle ups but needing to improve technique, capacity, and strength within that movement
