Weakness Wod Compete is for the athletes who want more! This is our FULL program for competitors. This comprehensive program is comprised of 6 training days each week for a monthly subscription. Each day's training session is structured at 60-75 minutes or less, which is ideal for those who need to get the most out of a busy schedule. The programming will be sent directly to you through our mobile training app.

Weakness Wod Compete revolves around the seasons of "Crossfit" the sport of fitness:
Feb-Apr: In-season
May-July: Post-season *for 99% of us
Aug-Oct: Off-season *Does not mean do nothing, just a different focus
Nov-Jan: Pre-season
