Strength: Snatch technique and drills with Core on off days
Gymnastics: All things inversion from HEADstands to HANDstands to Handstand Push Ups to Handstand Walking mixed with core on off days
Endurance: sustainable 10min of pacing. This is the second phase of our 8 month progression and build up starting with longer time domains and focusing on pacing through mixed modal and monostructural movements.
